About Me
I’m Conrad. I’m a Visiting Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. I’m also a PhD candidate in International Relations at the University of Oxford. Previously, I’ve been a contractor with Coefficient Giving’s Biosecurity and Pandemic Preparedness Team, a co-founder at Oxford Biosecurity Group, and a Biosecurity Research Fellow at the Existential Risk Alliance.
